- Lurleen and the Beer n'Brawl would be my pick 'cause I personally prefer the character and the building.

Its up to you. - From a practical standpoint, definitely get the Lurleen combo. Save the rest of your donuts until the event starts when you can determine if there are any good limited time deals to be had.
