Until when exactly will the quests be available to complete? It only say until November 28th, does this mean I can complete tomorrow or already tonight?

During recent mini events, players have been able to finish the part they were working on after the event ends, although this cannot be guaranteed. Normally there is a countdown timer to the end of the event when you open the event window.
