broken push notifications
Depending on your devise, you may have some control over it in your App manager. The in game one's not working?

Good call. I forget that a lot of players have multiple towns. Some people have reported that the donut spend confirmation gets turned off with some of the updates, maybe this is happening with notifications as well.
