OK here's what I have so far for everyone: No new land so it was not forgotten. Bart and Lisa Elf are working as intended at the moment.

Edit. Ok, this is just weird. At 19 donuts each, i just bought as many frozen snowball ii’s that i could and i now end in .81? Snowball cat for 2% @ 19 is a steal, but still thats odd
This happens to a lot of us. Once your multiplier gets high enough it gets a little bonky with decimal points. Mine has been at .09 for a while and getting the snowball cats just changed it to .08. After a while it goes back to .00. I've learn to just ignore it as there doesn't seem to be a way to fix it.
