How do you unlock all 4 slots at places like kwki Mart, moes ETC.

- You have to wait until "Homerpalooza 2: The Singining!" :D
Seriously, why would you want to open them? There are 22 slots and 22 performers. If you opened up more slots you wouldn't have enough performers to fill them all. I don't even have enough as it is.
