Duff brewery the building itself is kinda big and IMO kinda plain. But Duffman himself is freakin awesome, with all but one outdoor tasks.
Frink is overrated in my opinion. He's good, but nothing better.
Otto is my personal fav, and relatively cheap.
Volcano lair doesn't really fit in the landscape well and Hank Scorpio isn't voiced.
The springfield sign is massive, with no character, although iconic.
Just my two cents. However, I gotta agree with everyone else, if you saved for Duff Brewery, get the brewery. You'll be disappointed if you don't.
