The duff brewery is a really nice building. You can do some really nice landscaping around it and it looks magnificent. White and red are very easy colours to work with.

edit: on top of that, you'll rack up 30/40/60 donuts quickly from bonus levels so you can buy them in the future.
My required xp atm is 1.4mil to next bonus level. I think i've hit it about 9ish times. always get 3 donuts, so im nearly at 30 donuts in two to three weeks of playing casually.
