How about as a playable character instead. NPC's are boring

If Mongo was an NPC wondering around town I'd never find him LOL. As the daily big bad bandit, I usually cannot find him as much as I search. Then I log in a day later and he casually saunters on by. Don't know why they made him so hard to find.
