Try going to your move menu and hiding everything but characters. Makes it a LOT easier to find elusive things. Only way I've managed to consistently find Mongo.

That does not work now! I have even gone as far as storing all the NPCs and half of my characters and can't find him today! The daily task calls for capturing him! I have spent over an hour going all over my town today! I think there is a glitch where he is not there.

You only get Mongo once every 24 hours. So even though you may have a task for him, he's not there until your 24 hours is up. That happened to me the other day! So frustrating ?
