Can't send Willie back to the moonbounce
I have the same problem so any advice would be greatly appreciated

Are you clicking on the moonbounce to activate the quest? It is not highlighted in Willie's task list when you click on him. Click on the moonbounce and Willie is all the way at the bottom, and he needs to be free.
