Capital City Goofball

I had been behind on friend points due to being unable to access my device for two weeks and I Finally got him today along with 5 donuts from sideshow you and 20 from the gold Scratch-rs, Hopefully when I do my rounds tonite ill find some in my friends towns. Anyway since we got Level 40 which gave us for the first time a Mascot who actually has tasks I think that EA should add a few to capital city goofball and maybe even the Krustyland Mascots.
