When I first started buying huge chunks of land I would keep about 1 million saved just for lvl updates. I would recommend doing the same from here on out

Yeah, I bought The Sunsphere the day before the update. But two weeks? Arent you getting like 300 per town visit? That coupled with tasks and house income should get you up there pretty quick.
