Change Springfield Heights Store Items

I've been playing TSTO for well over 5 years and in that time the store items for Springfield Heights have not changed. I have 103 classy fountains in my inventory because there is very little to get with the digital items. How about new items? Only so many classic gardens, fancy lamp posts, exotic ponds, polo fields and elegant grills, and the other items look good in our Springfields before they start getting tacky.

    Springfield heights is a little bit undersized, I would have liked to put my other mansions there, but it becomes way too crowded, so definitely time for an unlock and maybe a monorail that goes with the area better. How about making it an event with each stage unlocking another patch of land and some new items for the area.

    I had built up my SH resources but then I would have to buy some stuff so I could fulfill a DC to get more resources to get donuts.
    I use to keep the resources maxxed out, but I don't worry so much now.
    Now I buy another Jet Ski as and when I need to drop the Furniture.

    I would like more stuff, we all have items we would like to see, but much more than this I would like more land and sea.
    I have an idea to use Exclusive Resorts to make something like the MGM Grand and I was going to put my casinos there and have a little Vegas strip.

    An event of it would be outstanding.

    Agree.
    There is a fair amount of stuff, though not to everybody's taste, but there isn't enough land, and sea as well for that matter, to have a decent go of it.
    First and foremost, we need the land, I would be happy with that.

    I've opened up all of the land, am level 939, and have a lot of open land even rebuilding Krustyland. Sea area, on the other hand, I agree needs to be expanded.

    I have been building up my SH resources in preparation for SH land releases. At one point even using donuts. SH lands was available via SH resources back then. Hopefully, they maintained the concept
