Character Locator coming in the future?

I would think un-employed would be Kirk Van Houten & Gil

Gil is in the files as a playable character & Kirk's sound files are also in the files. Both of these are characters that I've been waiting for a long time

I have no idea who else would be considered as un-employment & as for vandals. I really have no idea.
