Character Skins Idea

I'd say it's about time for a skin for Cletus. He's one of the first characters we get on the game (the fifth, right after Homer, Lisa, Apu, and Ned), still we didn't get a skin for him.

(Not like I have a good idea what kind of skin that could be.)

That aside, I'll stick to my wish for a Maude-skin for Maude's ghost.
