Characters that shouldn't be Limited Time

In addition to what you listed, the Grumple, the Yes Guy, and Mr Costington could easily be permanent characters.

Yea I forgot about the yes guy and I only was able about half of the personal prizes so I missed out on everything after the happy little elves ride including the ride but I agree that they could become permanent Costington would probably be for in game cash and The Grumple would probably cost the 50 donuts or a bit more
