Characters that shouldn't be Limited Time
Mindy should be limited time, IMO. One time, unimportant characters are epitome of limited time. In addition to what you listed, the Grumple, the Yes Guy, and Mr Costington could easily be permanen...

Yeah, Brandine being limited messed with me, because I only had enough for her or Otto, and I finally opted for Otto. I got a Google play card for v-day, though, so I was able to get Brandine after all. Yay!
The Grumple was never free. He was always 120 donuts.
