I like that you've loosened the rules slightly. Hopefully we'll see a good number of entries.
One more suggestion--day 1 android players will all be missing 3 items: the Super Collider, Mapple Store, and Black Hole. If you change the no more than 1 missing limited time building rule to 2, they can all participate. Alternately, you can make it Super Collider + 1 additional LT building.
Up to you, of course. Looking forward to it (as a spectator 8)--no way I'd qualify for this).
