Clearing inventory

Question

There is a limited amount of stuff I can put in my town, as I reached this I started to put stuff in inventory but apparently this is also limited in capacity. So what happens next as we cant apparently get rid of stuff?
Would it not be about time EA produce an option where we can clear space in the inventory and can go on enjoying playing otherwise what are we supposed to do? Find another game?

What makes you think that the inventory is limited to a certain amount of items, I've never seen it mentioned on any site that I have visited and I'm fairly sure that I've got several thousand items in my storage without any issue.

I never can get rid of anything cause Im afraid I may want to use it later. Which is funny because its the direct opposite of how I am in real life.
