You are only supposed to get one of each community prize and, for the moment, they are not available any other way (I think). The way to get multiples that LP is referring to involves a glitch where you can claim the prize on one device, then login on another device and claim the prize again. I don't know the specifics of it because I've only ever played on a single device, but it has worked in the past for many people.
