Could Big Digi-Ben be the clock tower I've been asking for?
Well, It leaves a message when you purchase it that it will go to a regular clock after the event finishes.

I think the clock just shows whatever time your device is set to. Not sure though, you'd have to ask LPN to confirm. :D
