What device are you using? Game never crashes on my phone. My Nexus 9 (biggest pos tablet I've ever owned) crashes all the time. I only use my tablet for designing

No crashing on my android devices.

Android is a hot mess when it comes to device fragmentation. It might help to identify what kind you are using.

It could also be your internet connection

i'm on an ipad. game won't load on my iphone 5s anymore. when it's an internet connection problem, the game tells me. it's not that.

If its telling you time to time about connection then it may be shotty. But I have a S7 with blast internet and Ive had one crash and I think its part of the buggy update.

My game crashes when I visit neighbours. I play on an iPod with no free space, so tried it on my iPad and still does it.
