Devil donut stand
I have several: by the stadium, by the coliseum, in my town square, by the open air stage... and some in inventory. I'll probably get a few more for my inventory for later use.

The limited time snow Simpsons began melting after the snow-removal update. It would be funny if the whacking day items began to get dirty and torn if they are left on display all year! There are a few places like this in my real life Springfield: Little League banners that need replacing, old yard sale signs, etc.
As for the donut carts, I'm not sure how many I'll buy. Definitely one for the park and one for the power plant. If we could park vehicles in the streets I'd leave one right outside the police station, too.
