Didn't get the Donut Torture Device
I know this might sound obvious but have you checked your inventory? That's where it ends up for everyone I think.

I figured but thought I'd ask. When I got mine a quest popped up to place the DTD and send Homer to it. I assume you never got that? Does collecting anymore probes do anything? I would contact EA's customer support, they can log into your game on their end somehow and will be able to see you have the right amount of probes and no DTD so they should be able to get it to you somehow I would think.
