Didn't get the Donut Torture Device
I know this might sound obvious but have you checked your inventory? That's where it ends up for everyone I think.

After 2 attempts they were able to get it fixed. For some reason as soon as I got the DTD my game would reject it, so it took them a few minutes to figure it out but now I have it.
