Donut bundle token mystery

I bought a £5 donut bundle yesterday that had 2 tokens included for the black Friday box. I went to purchase another today and neither the £5 or the £10 have tokens displayed against them in the shop....

These tokens are only able to be redeemed for the "Gold Box" apart of the Black Friday Box Deal.

Only one time can you get the token(s) associated with the specific packages attached to this event.
