Yep. You can ever put you street through if before it’s done building.

long way to go before I unlock it....probably will have to use donuts to get it. I'm so far behind on this event....

A lot of signpost gates (like Lion Safari) are made so that the roads can go under them, so Draculala land is like a gate.

Wish I could see mine, but it's one of the many images that isn't showing up in my game thanks to the Oreo 8 / Samsung Tab 3 issue that started back with the zoo event.

It looks like there will be an act 3 prize building with the same feature as this one.
