Try doing what Neo offered & see if it lets you complete it. Also check your inventory. If nothing works. Then you're best bet is waiting until they re-release it again. Which shouldn't be too hard considering they re-released the exclusive Duff Racer.
- Like others mentioned, this was a slightly different quest. If you didn't do it on Feb. 2nd, it just disappears and won't let you finish. Unlike Thanksgiving (which I am still working through in some of my side towns!) or even the Oscar's Obstacles truck which I started on time but didn't finish until weeks later.

oh thought the re-booting of the phone might help / be an idea lol no problem on the cards mate :) best town your daughter has seen WoW nice tell her thank you very much :)- Perhaps they figured out how to lock up the quest lines that aren't started. So maybe since the initial ones were not done before Sunday, the other half was locked. Based on how the game played out, the update came the Thursday before. So the one "unlocking" on Sunday, might have had some background that required the initial chain to be completed by X time on Sunday. So since your game didn't meet the criteria, the other 'half' stayed locked. So unless you were force closing on Sunday, I don't know if your game new to look for the other half of the quests. I know there was an expiration time on the event, so I'm thinking the 'other' half of the quests had to become active by a certain time.
Overall, that stinks. - I don't think this is a case of a questline just "stopping." The "Host a superbowl" tasks were only available on February 2nd. It was a unique quest to that specific day. Couldn't be started before, or after.
