Yeah...I'm not really big on censorship, but I'm inclined to agree. These barnyard noise guessing games have been tearing us apart and putting everyone way on edge. We really don't need another panic over unconfirmed information.
It's not just unconfirmed in this case, it's just not possible. Original post stated investors were upset. Details about a small glitch in a game won't make it to shareholders - who look at the big picture of EA - that quickly. It also won't make it's way back down to a "high up" call centre supervisor, which is not a high up but an employee on the low end of the payscale with little to no decision making authority in a company that large. They just won't sit in meetings like that...
Anyways it's not censorship in this case, just stopping incredibly wrong info from spreading.
