Ea customer support?

It's been over a week and I haven't heard anything.

    Or you know depending on what kind of issue it is I always like to lend a quick hand to those in need.

    Like stuck quests or the krustyland invasion I have scripts ready to fix either of these issues and it takes about 30 seconds.
  • When I've sent in tickets (and I've sent in my fair share too)
    I've always gotten a response within 24 hours.

    Most of the time asking for additional information.
    It only takes a long time to get an answer if its bumped up the chain far enough to level 3 support (or whatever they call it).
    Things need to be researched, etc. I'd much rather wait a little longer and get a good response rather than have it answered right away with little work done at all (on the part of the customer service agent).
  • I have a missing item, and this has happened before but they responded within an hour. I haven't had any answer yet, just the one saying they will contact shortly.
