The update looks pretty good, just wish Nighthawk Diner wasn't a premium item. Some people had indicated before it looked like it'd be an in-game cash item based on the code from the Stonecutters update, so I'm a bit disappointed. Oh well.
It also generally looks like stuff for this event is predominantly premium. EA is trying to make money, of course, but it seems they're going more and more to premium stuff, which wasn't the case in the past for special events (look at Halloween and Christmas 2013, where there was tons of stuff available without spending real money).
