Finding your Mayhem number

Is there any other way a player can find their Mayhem number and not go into the game to get it like maybe through Google play or something like that I cannot get into my game and I've worked with e a a lot but the last thing that the last advice of told me if I can give them my Mayhem number I might be able to get my game back but I've never written it down I didn't see the need for it if anybody has an answer please please let me know you can even email me at bunglekat@comcast.net. somehow after all the trouble that I have had the last 6 weeks EA said I don't have an account with them Arizona Cardinals wide receiver and the only way I can get it back if I get my Mayhem number
