Interesting. It looks like Chester Lampwick and the rocket car are no longer in the store to buy. LPN's dates calendar says he's coming back in part of a deal in Act 3, so it sounds like they may be slowly switching all characters to limited time buys. If that's the case and you're eyeing Grimes, I suggest picking him up.
