For items with multiplier and income, I can add the wailing wall to the list. The holiday tree also has income and 0.65 which may be part of your .9

Actually, The .9 is the part that's annoying me the most. There has to be a weird combination to get this unless I missed some walls/fences (.05%) or rakes (10%)
