I'm agonizingly close now but the final 1.75% is doing my head in. :s :'(

Here is an accurate breakdown of multiplier info if anybody wants it (link in signature.) Please bear in mind that it only lists objects in my my town I have so I haven't "forgotten" to include anything (apart from the elusive 1.75%)
