Frink or Jasper?
Both are great characters. Frink can use his lab, though, whereas no one uses the community center.

Both are awesome it depends on your preference the community center is unused and jasper has 3 outdoor tasks
Frink has a six hour task at the observatory if u have it ultimately if you want the building used pick Frink otherwise go with who u like better
Edit: Frink has Two outdoor tasks while Jasper has 3 if that's your preference or you can save and wait to see what comes with next update
