No, is that a requirement? It's never stopped me in the past when there were tile quotas. Maybe that's it. I have the Sea captain on a 1 hour task to see if it'll trigger then.

If it doesn't trigger try storing the Sea Captain himself (or his House Boat, since the Captain'll store with it).

I have the same issue, but I believe you must have 16 tiles built first. I have another 18 hrs until my 16th tile is complete. :cry:

same issue. im pretty sure you do have to wait for 16 tiles. i gotta wait till thursday night :?

Yeah you have to wait for the 16 tiles its part of the quest, i got bored waiting so rushed 2 tiles.

Good to know. I'm building the Dutchman right now, and in 40 minutes I'll have 13 tiles; so I have a bit of a wait till the 16 tiles needed.

I need 4 tiles to go. I haven't bought the Frying Dutchman yet either. One tile will be done tomorrow morning. So I don't expect to have the area done until Saturday maybe

I just got here too, on 13 tomorrow- I'm surprised its part of te main questline, I expected it to be a side event like the rest was
