game is not working

Happen to me the other day and I just switch it off n on and it worked fine.

Happening to me just now - game loads as usual then just closes..tried 3 times same result, an hour ago it was working fine :/ .
Update - it’s working again now,but very slow & laggy!

@niahunt - have you got a daily challenge or some other quest that involves a lot of people ??
I find my games slow when I get a Send Springfielders task even if I ignore it or just send a handful and some of the animated tasks with lots of 'em running around can be even worse. The Christmas one to have 'em Maruading round Stores is a nightmare !!
It could be if your device was just about coping that something along those lines pushed it to the point it struggled too much and caused it to crash when it tried to load

sorry i didn't report back but the game worked after it loaded a lot of data it seems
