Garbage in Springfield
Some people use them as part of their decorations, I for one don't & cleared it all away & got my donuts! Its all personal preference :)

I have kept garbage in three places: nuclear waste and barrels around the power plant, and empty kegs/bottles around Duff Brewery and Cletus' farm. I've also hidden 15-20 pieces of garbage behind other buildings in my town, mainly due to the fact that once they are cleaned up, they're gone forever - so why not just hide them if possible in case a use can be found for them later on.
