Wait, Wait, Wait. You actually bought the warranty!! I didn't know anybody did such a thing. Everybody, well almost everybody, knows that the warranty is a waist of money.
I have to say, the warranty on a subsidized iPhone is well worth the cost to me. I got my iPhone 5 for $150, but would have to pay $600 to replace it before my contract is up for renewal. I can get a new phone every 20 months, and pay $10 per month for coverage. And that explicitly includes theft and accidental damage with a $50 deductible.
So by paying a fixed price of $200 spread over the life of my phone, I avoid the risk of having to pay $600 on the spot when I drop it, get it wet, or find it stolen. No-brainer to me.
water dmg is not covered by the waranty of apple, but yeh you would save paying 600$ again with your warranty, but you are immoral as direwolf978 say's and your action are illegal of course...
Cell phone warranties are a bit different than electronic warranties.
It's disturbing to realize how many cell phones have swirly related deaths. And my cell provider warranty explicitly states "dropped in water or toilet", and came with phone for free.
Extended warranties on electronics are a fools game. Unless you physically abuse the equipment, it will last for years. And physical abuse (like sticking an object through TV screen) are not typically covered. You pay extra for that.
