Golden coin spend issue!

Just to warn you that the golden coin does not have confirmation of spend on the 12 donuts for 1 golden coin. I have just pressed this in error instead of the golden box button. I have now wasted my golden coin because of an error and no confirmation of spend which EA cannot reverse for me.
I probably won't be the only person to be affected and advised the support agent to get this raised because it is ridiculous that the confirmation is not on and they cannot reimburse me in any way
