If it takes a big company to fix a problem like that in 30 days, that is a failure by any reasonable person's assessment. Valve has fixed all my issues in a week or less.
technically ea and the studio are two different companies if EA can fix it they fix it. If they can't they have to send a request to the people that make the game which is the studio that's the reason for the delays
