Gremlin glitch

Where is the best spot to contact EA customer support? I have the same gremlin glitch.

Type EA support in google and follow the guide :wink:

Funny but I contacted them today, right before I saw your post, about the egg glitch. Now I have to wait 48 hours.
Usually I don’t mind minor glitches but to announce you have gained XX probes and your total to always remain the same after a few days it becomes maddening. If this persists then how will I be sure that I’ll get all the prizes when the currency changes? :?

What gremlin glitch? I've heard about a few glitches recently! :shock:

im having the same issue. Did you go through the live chat?

On the phone with support now. Credited me 200 probes, handing me over to mobile support. Probably something they are already working on a patch for.

can you post the number you called? EA support is a like a rabbit hole. Current chat time wait 80+ mins

I have phoned last wednesday with EA about the gremlin glitch. But since those day I've heard nothing about it.

I didn't call them. I went to their customer support page, asked for a call back rather than live chat and they called me back within the hour.

interesting...I just got off the live chat and was given 25 donuts. This adviser said he couldnt give probes. Not 200...but still the best service I have gotten from EA.
