Nope. They added that in for the mutant Sprouts for some reason. They still also do the Splorch sound. Could be a glitch.

I kept hearing while going through my neighbor's towns and was wondering if the Grem-alien was the new Sideshow Bob replacement and I just couldn't spot it...

I hear them too, and it's same sound as the gremlins from the Halloween event.

Dont forget, the mutated rabbit makes the sound too.
