* You could buy the Rigellian hunting license, which gives you more ray guns for friend visits.
* You can buy any of the premium characters that can trick-or-treat, which would give you more treat bags that have ray guns in them.
* You could buy the big Ray Gun, which gives you ammo, which you can use to shoot down UFOs in friend's towns which will often gives you 50 ray guns.
* The Spooky House gives you a bronze treat bag every 24 hours which is good for a few ray guns too.
That's about all I can think of other than grinding away at it.
