Funny thing I got the last prize in first lot with a few days to spare. These prizes seem to be going slow. was it same amount of days for both?
If it's like the first set of prizes, if you don't win him you'll have an opportunity to craft him after the 31st. However, it'll probably take up a lot of ingredients so you might have to give up something else or buy the ingredients with donuts.
