I would advise to clear the debris since there is always a chance of getting free donuts when you use Homer or Lisa to clear it.

I clear 30 or so occasionally, but I have never gotten any donuts from rocket generated debris, only from the "original" debris. I am quite flush with donuts anyway, still nursing a hoard I bought during the Christmas 2014 donut sale.1pillform wrote:
