Halloween quests
From what I've heard, they begin after you finish putting together the little circular artifact (by squishing zombies, you should collect 1--2 a day if you have both graveyards). When that's complete, don't forget to answer "zune" to the question asked. That's secondhand info. to me though; I'm still waiting on my final two pieces.
