Halloween update still not on Amazon?

I have the Kindle Fire, and I received the update on that yesterday, before my Droid devices were able to receive it.

Kindle UK are dragging their feet and have not released the update yet. I have spoken to several people in Chat today, and apparently there is some 'glitch' which cannot be fixed without an update from EA. EA says it is Amazon's fault:
" I've checked and see that our technical team is working with the developer for a new version which should released soon. I understand that the delay but due to technical glitch the update is taking more time....there were some issues in the update so we have requested the developer to get back soon."

I always go to the actual appstore to find the updates. I am playing in the Fire HD 8 (2015) and on Amazon UK.

No problem :). I asked if it was the same glitch that delayed the Android update. Received no answer, but after last night's mess it seems likely. EA should really hoover their code before they invite people in.

Yeah, wtf is going on with Amazon?

It's gone 7pm over here in the UK and still no update for this game for my Kindle. It's been over 21 hours since this event started.

Way to fail Amazon.

It is totally their fault since Google have the update on their store. What's Amazon's excuse?

Not to mention that every other device that can play this game has the Halloween update already.

Would be nice just to have the update not waiting for them to fix it then we get it days later when they've fixed it was like this another Halloween event in the uk with Amazon

22 hours gone and still no update. I don't think that we see the Halloween until tomorrow most likely tbh.
