Have u recover the cost of Sit-n-Rotate?

I bought the Sit-n-rotate as soon as it came out, I had $20 million when I bought it. I have recovered the $10 mil, purchased all the new land including the ocean, and I am back up to almost $16 mil and I haven't been collecting on most of my houses and buildings, been saving them for my neighbors. ( I am a superb neighbor, and am going to make room for a few good neighbors who actually appreciate me)
